The movers were very good and polite. However they wouldn’t give me much time to verify that the furniture they moved was in fact fine or not. They became pushy insisting on a higher tip which agitated me I stood firm on my amount and sent them off. I might use this company again but I would want different movers is all.

These movers came recommended to us. Mike and his team of six other guys came to move our family and worked so hard all day long. They did an amazing job the day of the move. They were not only organized but handled everything with care. We were so impressed with the professionalism of the whole process. They were a pleasure to work with. Our old storage place was closing down. We had 3 weeks to move out. I looked on Yelp and saw these guys. But I also allowed others to quote the job. Movers201 not only responded quickly their system to acquire a quote is very good. You can update your inventory online, change your move date, location etc. anyway I got the quote, and they moved the storage from one place to the other in 3 hours flat THE NEXT DAY. 2 guys. Nice AND professional!
Even I finally didn’t use their service, they are still very polite and give the deposit back. The person do on-site visit provided very detailed list and useful suggestions.
From the day I called requesting a quote to the day I called to book to the days leading up to my move to finally the day of my move, 201 Movers was amazing! They provided great professional customer service. Moving is a stressful task but once they arrived, the stress was gone. All of my things were packaged properly and made it safely to my new home. They are an amazing assembled team that KNOW how to move effectively and efficiently. They bring amazing energy to make a very stressful situation very seamless. My move had a few hiccups but not because of the team but because of the buildings. I saw how the team quickly was able to adapt and flex the plan to accommodate.
