Even I finally didn’t use their service, they are still very polite and give the deposit back. The person do on-site visit provided very detailed list and useful suggestions.

From the day I called requesting a quote to the day I called to book to the days leading up to my move to finally the day of my move, 201 Movers was amazing! They provided great professional customer service. Moving is a stressful task but once they arrived, the stress was gone. All of my things were packaged properly and made it safely to my new home. This company came highly recommended from a friend who recently used them for his move to Kinnelon. Bridgette was awesome at answering all of my questions, at times via text message, and setting up the move. Mike and his team did a phenomenal job the day of. 201 Movers were excellent and had great communication.

We used Movers 201 for a move within NJ and we were very happy with their service. They were very fast with loading and unloading of all of our items but still very careful, taking the time to propely wrap and unwrap the furniture to avoid any damage – all that in 85F heat and with multiple flights of up/down stairs involved.
At the end, the bill ended up to be a few hundred dollars under the estimate.

I can’t say enough about the crew that moved my in-laws from the house they lived in for 43 years into a smaller senior community. It was a complicated move, and the crew was fast and efficient; and they understood this was a big experience for the customer and were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
