I want to give a big thank-you to Team Edwin! I moved into my new home two days ago, and their service was exceptional from start to finish. I was a bit nervous initially, especially since I had requested packing services and knew it would be a long day. They arrived slightly later than scheduled due to traffic, but they began promptly at 9:30 am and worked steadily throughout the day. The traffic on the way to my new home was intense—it usually takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes, but this time it took nearly 2 hours. Despite that, Team Edwin stayed positive and professional. They kept up their energy and smiles even as we finally finished at 9:30 pm. All my furniture arrived at my new home in perfect condition. While the final cost was slightly over the initial estimate, I truly didn’t mind given their hard work and dedication. I gave a generous tip around 12% and added a bit extra for one of the movers who found a cash envelope I had accidentally left behind and immediately returned it. Losing that would have been a nightmare, so I was incredibly grateful. Thank you again, Team Edwin, for making my move stress-free and so well-handled!
