Moving is stressful enough as it is and I have never had a better move than with your company. It wasn’t until yesterday that I realized how bad the prior moving company I used was. Your guys were beyond professional, extremely courteous, extremely helpful, and an absolute pleasure. Too often, people are quick to complain, but are slow to acknowledge a job well done. We booked through Jess who explained the process and immediately emailed me a quote for the services. Overall, they are reasonable, with an hourly rate of $139. Jess also explained they come prepared with extra boxes, tape, wardrobes, and packing blankets. The morning of the move, they showed up nearly 30 minutes late. That was the only negative of the experience. They quickly adjusted the start date on the paperwork to correspond with the true start time. There were three men who really hustled. They were very careful with all boxes and furniture. In fact, I had to tell them to be LESS careful on a few garage sale pieces, since I didn’t want to waste time on carefully wrapping it in protective blankets! Each item was very protected and flawlessly moved. The travel time to the new house was fair and it was clear they didn’t stop along the way. The men immediately got to work unloading the materials. They didn’t chat or goof off throughout the process and stayed focused. It was about 85 degrees on our moving day, and I didn’t hear anyone complain. I tipped each mover $40 at the end of the day since I thought they deserved it. They didn’t stop for lunch and just plowed through the job. Overall, I feel the low ratings are unwarranted. In the end, they moved all of our belongings without an issue and at a reasonable price… so what more can you ask for!

I recently moved from Edgewater NJ to Englewood NJ. They arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon and began to work right away. The foreman Howard was not only a great mover but also a great director and control the moving team for the entire move. Nothing was damaged, and everything was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, as they guaranteed it was no hidden fees or extras. I could not have choosing a better mover!
